Refund policy
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day policy for items that arrive misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect. As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at contact@montavor.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Refunds are issued for items that are incorrect, damaged, or defective. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer size or colour exchanges. Please refer to the sizing information provided on each product page before placing your order.
Additional Information
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photo evidence.
- Lost Packages: Claims for items lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Wrong Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the shipment may be returned. The customer is responsible for any reshipping costs once the correct address is confirmed.
- Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that are not claimed and returned to us will require additional postage to be resent.
- Returns: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. In rare cases where a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and placing a new order.
- EU Customers: In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are made to order, personalised, or produced on demand.
Montavor reserves the right to refuse any claims that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
